1. Acceptance

By installing or using HarnessUp, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't install it.

HarnessUp is provided by MAV3 COMERCIO DIGITAL LTDA, CNPJ 53.635.043/0001-00, headquartered at AV BRIG FARIA LIMA 1572, CONJ 352 SALA 1022 - JARDIM PAULISTANO, São Paulo - SP, CEP 01451-917, Brazil.

2. What HarnessUp is

HarnessUp measures and reduces wasted usage of Claude Code and Codex. It runs the official claude and codex with your account and never reads, stores or passes on your token or your key. Measuring happens 100% on your machine.

HarnessUp is not affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI. Use of those tools follows each provider's terms.

3. License

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HarnessUp.

  • Basic FREE requires no card, login or email.
  • Paid plans use a license key with one activation at a time. It is floating: unplug it from one machine and plug it into another.
  • Each plan has account and project limits. Whatever goes over the limit enters shadow mode: the tool measures, doesn't act and doesn't delete anything, until you upgrade.

You may not resell, sublicense or share the key, nor decompile the software beyond what the law permits.

4. Plans and payment

The plans are Basic FREE, Pro, Ultra, GIGA UNLIMITED and Team, with prices and limits published at /plans. Billing is handled by Creem, as merchant of record, in US dollars and on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). Receipts come from Creem.

Enterprise is negotiated directly at corporate@harnessup.dev. You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Taxes may be charged separately.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in /account, under manage subscription, in the Creem portal. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

When the license expires or stops being paid, the modules are suspended immediately.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • get around the license, the plan limits or shadow mode;
  • share or resell your key;
  • use HarnessUp to break the law or the terms of Claude Code, Codex or any third party.

7. Affiliate program

The program runs through Creem's affiliate system. The rate comes in the invite and is shown in Creem's dashboard, which also sets deadlines, minimum amount and withdrawal method. The rules are at /affiliates. Among other things, you may not:

  • promise guaranteed savings, without the "up to";
  • suggest that HarnessUp reads or stores a token or a key;
  • send spam, mass messages or use fake profiles;
  • run paid ads using the HarnessUp name;
  • buy your own plan through your own link.

If you break a rule, that sale's commission is dropped and the link may be turned off.

8. Limitation of liability

Savings depend on your usage and are not guaranteed. HarnessUp is provided as is, and HarnessUp's liability is limited to the extent the law allows.

HarnessUp's tools may fail, and a failure does not stop the agent (Claude Code or Codex) from continuing to work normally. For that reason, HarnessUp is not liable for customer losses arising from the use of or failure of the tools.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one on this page, with the update date at the top.

The system may be changed, modified or updated at any time, with no obligation to do so.
