HarnessUp is operated by MAV3 COMERCIO DIGITAL LTDA, CNPJ 53.635.043/0001-00, at AV BRIG FARIA LIMA 1572, CONJ 352 SALA 1022 - JARDIM PAULISTANO, São Paulo - SP, CEP 01451-917, Brazil. It is the controller of the data described here.

What data

The app has no login. To install and use Basic FREE you don't provide an email, password or card.

• Purchase: your email and payment details stay with Creem. The license is tied to the purchase.
• License: the key and the machine where it is active appear in /account.
• Affiliates: anyone who requests an invite gives an email through the form at /affiliates.
• Contact: whatever you write to help@harnessup.dev.

Local measuring

Measuring runs 100% on your machine. HarnessUp uses the official hooks of claude and codex with your account and never reads, stores or passes on your token or your key. There is no proxy and no API interception.

In /account, the dashboard shows: 0 bytes of usage sent.

Payments via Creem

Billing is handled by Creem, as merchant of record, in US dollars. Creem processes the payment and issues the receipts. HarnessUp does not store your card data. Creem handles that data under its own policy.

Affiliates and ?via= links

Links with ?via=nickname identify who referred HarnessUp. Creem records who arrived through the link, checks the payment and calculates the commission, and this data stays in its affiliate dashboard.

Cookies and storage

The site keeps your language preference in your browser (hu-lang, in localStorage).

Your rights (LGPD)

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018), you can ask us to confirm that we process your data, and to access, correct, anonymize, delete or port it, to tell you who it is shared with, and to revoke consent. Write to help@harnessup.dev. Response time: 3 business days.

How long we keep data

HarnessUp does not keep your data: everything stays 100% on your machine, 100% under your control.
